Exchange & Return Policy

7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not available unless the product is damaged.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Defective / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:
Inspect your order upon delivery.
Report the issue within 48 hours by emailing us at sisterhood@diossa.in.
Attach clear images/videos of the defect.

 If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the item for free.
 If no defect is found, a ₹99 shipping fee will apply for the exchange.


Exchange Options

You can exchange your item for:

A different size
A different shade
different product of equivalent value (subject to availability)

If the new product is less expensive, we will refund the price difference.
If the new product is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

Exchange Fees

  • Size exchange → ₹99 shipping fee
  • Wrong/damaged product exchange → Free shipping

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not offer order cancellations at this time.
Refunds are not available, except for defective products.


Exchange Procedure

-Contact us at sisterhood@diossa.in with your exchange request. We will review your request and notify you of approval.

 -If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

-Size exchanges require a ₹99 shipping fee.

-Wrong/damaged product exchanges are free.
